"but those who hope in the Lord
will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles,
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint."
Jesus is the most important figure in human history, and whether you are curious about him, skeptical about him, entering into a relationship with him for the first time, or you’ve known him for decades; there is always more to discover about the depth of his character and the impact of his life.
During each week of this series, we’re completing that sentence; “Jesus is…” in 6 different ways. Our hope is that all of us will come to know Jesus better and, because of him, discover a new way of living.
Everything in our society teaches us to use our talents for ourselves – but deep down inside we know we were made for more than that. We know instinctively that there is a bigger purpose in life. It’s that deep desire inside us, the desire to make a difference.
At Westline Church, our dream is simple: love and serve the world the way Jesus did.
The Circle is a symbol of eternity, with no beginning or end. It signifies a never ending and supernatural love. Join us this January as together we strengthen our marriages, our friendships, and our relationships with God and the world.

“Lord, teach us to pray.” A request from the people who walked with Jesus the most. What is prayer? How do I do it? Does it really work? The disciples of Jesus were experiencing the same confusion so many of us face today when it comes the time we spend with God.
We all love a great story. Whether a legend, a book, or a feature film, a story is compelling. But the most compelling stories are the ones that are . . . Based On a True Story. Over the next 4 weeks we will discover how some of the most famous stories in all the Bible can change how we live today.
When we see a blinking line we are faced with the challenge of bringing something new into existence. Whatever has happened to you, whatever has come your way that you didn't want, whatever you have been through, you have today, you have this moment, you have a life that you get to create.
WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH YOUR BLINKING LINE?
The book of Philippians gives us a new, eternal perspective on the world around us. Paul's letter to the Church at Philippi was a great encouragement to them, and a great example for us today of what it means to live a life led by the Spirit of God. When every decision, every step, and every hardship we face is seen as a means to bring Glory to God, our lives will look very different. The world says "achieve more, gain more, minimize hardship and eliminate adversity." Jesus says, "be humble, give more, and experience joy in every situation with an eternal perspective."
When it comes to a story as theologically thick and rich with history, metaphor, and meaning, as the Bible, the thought of trying to understand or communicate that story can be overwhelming. However, the essence of the Story of God can be understood, applied, and shared in just four small words. Based on the book by Jarrett Stevens.
Does love have limits? All of us have relationship moments where we need to define or redefine who we are and who we are not. What if we learned how to lessen our stress, frustration, exhaustion and desperations just by changing the way we say yes and no?
